Serving as the library for both Trinity College and the University of Dublin, the Trinity College Library is also home to the famous Book of Kells and is one of Ireland’s “copyright libraries”, and thus entitled to a copy of all printed works published in the Republic of Ireland. Only the Old Library and the Library Gift Shop are open to the public, with tours of the Book of Kells, the Old Library Long Room, and any Long Room exhibitions that may be on display.

Adults: €9
Students/Senior Citizens: €8
Family Ticket: €18 (2 adults and 4 children)
Group Rate: €6.50 per person for groups of 10 or more
School Groups (18 years old and under) accompanied by their teachers: free admission from 1 October to 1 April
Children (under 12): free all the year around
